Movement can be a powerful way to reconnect with the body, quiet the mind, and create space for growth. Jess guides students through intentional movement practices that emphasize breath, strength, and mindful awareness.

You can currently practice with Jess through her weekly group classes at Yellow Brick Studio, as well as through occasional featured workshops and special events designed to explore movement and wellness in a deeper way.

Her classes blend breath-centered movement, strength-building postures, and accessible modifications so students of all experience levels can participate. Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning to your practice, Jess creates a space where you can move with intention and feel supported.

Workshops & Featured Events

In addition to weekly classes, Jess occasionally leads special workshops and featured movement events. These gatherings allow for deeper exploration of yoga, breathwork, and embodied wellness practices in a more immersive setting.

Grief Yoga

Emotions may be lurking in the body, mind and spirit. Join Jess for a grief-curated yoga flow, allowing permission to release emotions through conscious movement intention and sound. This grief course was created using techniques from the creator of grief yoga, Paul Denniston.
